Divisions One through Three group leagues according to WFTDA regulation
experience level for
the purposes of interleague challenges, WFTDA ranking and tournament
planning & organization. All member leagues
were classified as Division One or Two according to their experience level at the time
of the ratification of divisions (during the 2006 Annual Meeting), or "grandfathered" into Two if
they had not yet completed a home season. Going forward, new leagues will be classified
by their play *while they are WFTDA members* - so they will start as Division Three
and move up as their WFTDA-sanctioned play is tracked.
Interleague stats, below, are tracked for all WFTDA Division One and Two leagues,
and for Division Three leagues after they have qualified for ranking by playing at least two
WFTDA regulation bouts against Division One and Two leagues.
If there is no information linked
to a league, they have no reported regulation interleague games to post (yet). |
Division One
Division One leagues are defined as having completed 2 or more seasons (at least 10 games) and are engaged in interleague play. |
Division Two
Division Two leagues are defined as having completed 1 season (at least 5 games) and are engaged in or ready for interleague play. |
Division Three
Division Three leagues are leagues new to the WFTDA who have not yet completed a WFTDA season. |
