Founded in 2006, Montréal Roller Derby (MTLRD) is the very first flat track roller derby league in Canada. Today, MTLRD comprises three home teams and two travel teams. In January 2009, MTLRD joined the Women’s Flat Track Derby Association, becoming the first non-US league in the association. We are extremely honoured to be able to host a WFTDA Playoff tournament for the first time, especially as this is the 10th year anniversary of our league!
