To apply for WFTDA Membership, submit the form below and send the following files and information to newmember@wftda.com. Please make sure that all materials are sent together.

  1. List of league owners/managers – include name, email, gender, and years actively participating in the league.
  2. Roster of skaters, officials, and league volunteers along with their designations or roles.
  3. League Mission Statement.
  4. Details and a completed IGRF from the WFTDA StatsBook from at least two games against any WFTDA team within the last twelve months.
    • Leagues in regions with difficulty traveling or who have difficulty securing games may contact WFTDA for support.
  5. Brief description of league history (date established), current status, and statement of league objectives for the next 12 months. Please include what your league hopes to gain as a member of the WFTDA.
  6. One letter of recommendation from a WFTDA Member League, a representative of WFTDA (WFTDA leadership, staff member, or Certified Official), or a representative of a WFTDA-partner organization such as a National Governing Body or the JRDA.
  7. League bylaws/policies highlighting the following (note: documents in languages other than English may be submitted, but providing a basic summary in English would be appreciated):
    1. Governance by democratic principles and practices.
    2. Voting Policy.
    3. Grievance Policy.
    4. Overall management structure.
    5. Any policies that ensure the league is compliant with the WFTDA Code of Conduct.
