Officiating Applications Now Open for 2024 WFTDA Global Championship
Applications are now open for Officials who wish to officiate the 2024 WFTDA Global Championships, taking place November 1-3, 2024 in Portland, Oregon, USA.
The eligibility requirements for Tournament officials have been updated for 2024:
- Eligibility will be determined from the date applications close.
- Sanctioned and/or regulation games in the last 24 months are considered for eligibility.
- Please note, applications require the most recent version of the Officiating History.
- Certification is not required for 2024 applications.
Information on the selection process and job descriptions can be found in the WFTDA Tournament Officials Selection Panel (TOSP) Policies and Procedures document.
If applicants have already requested and received references for 2024 postseason tournaments, TOSP has these on file and they do not need to be resubmitted. We are providing a Supplementary Reference Form in case there is additional information that a reference would like to provide for an applicant.

Since TOSP has moved the deadline forward, we have provided a space on the application to let us know if you are planning to work games between the new deadline and the old deadline (July 31st and Aug. 12th) and need those games in order to meet minimum game counts. The application form will include a live link to the Official’s Game History, so we will see the updates during the selection process.
