2026 WFTDA Championships Bid Allocations Released

The WFTDA is excited to announce the allocation per region to the 2026 WFTDA Championships in Malmö, Sweden.

Europe: 4

NA West: 4

NA Northeast: 3

Oceania: 2

NA South: 2

Latin America: 1

As part of its role in carrying out the mission of the WFTDA, the Board of Directors approaches postseason planning with a holistic view of the organization. This includes balancing the needs of our full membership, the sustainability of our competitive structures, and the long-term strategic direction of our sport.

To support postseason flexibility and continuity, contingency venue allocations are: Ontario -1 and Lansing -2.

We look forward to an exciting postseason that showcases the strength of our global community, fosters meaningful competition, and continues to support the growth of our sport across all regions.
