WFTDA to Stream 2026 WFTDA Championships in Multiple Languages

WFTDA is delighted to announce that for the first time ever the WFTDA Championships will have multiple streams, providing commentary to the audience at home in English, French, Swedish, and Spanish.  

This is a first for WFTDA and we are excited to be working in partnership with Real Time Events to deliver this opportunity. This exciting expansion of WFTDA stream provision has been due to the work of the Announcing Development Committee and committed announcers across the world, developing resources, opportunities, and experience to widen the pool of announcers. 

All games will be available in English. At least two games a day will be available in French and Swedish, with one game a day available in Spanish. We will publish in advance of the event which games we expect to stream in multiple languages. We will be streaming the final game in three languages.
