The 2024 WFTDA Global Championships, hosted by Rose City Rollers in Portland on November 1-3, 2024, marked the long awaited return of the WFTDA Championship tournament after competition was put on hold in 2020 due the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2023, the WFTDA returned to competitive play with a new regional competitive system and championships structure, which ranks WFTDA teams regionally and places the top ranked teams into Regional Championships that determine which teams will compete in the Global Championships. The Competitive Season now runs for two years, so the next round of WFTDA Regional and Global Championships will occur in 2026. [Learn More]
