And just like that there are just 24 contenders left in the bracket challenge for @WFTDA Continental Cup in Helsinki 😳 @OLRollerDolls take @DublinRD off the top spot and give us our first HUGE upset of the weekend! pic.twitter.com/gufqUi0vU5

The MVP award was presented to Hipshot of Antwerp Roller Derby. Hipshot “took the track more than 60 jams this weekend, earning lead status more than 60% of those jams, and scored more than 200 points,” and has been called one of the nicest people to skate against by numerous opponents, according to WFTDA Board of Directors member, Lois Slain, while presenting the award.
Numerous upsets throughout the weekend meant there were no perfect brackets remaining in the 2019 WFTDA Bracket Challenge by Derby on Toast and sponsored by WFTDA.tv. Patricide had the most correct predictions with 9/12, and will be entered to win two VIP tickets to the 2019 International WFTDA Championships in Montréal.
